For website work:
1. We meet with you (online, phone, in person) to construct what will be on your site, what will be involved, the idea/purpose for your site, the layout style/colorization you want us to match.
2. We respond back to you with a quote describing price and work involved. This is the contract for your project, it also outlines any additional reservations for client and GKMD. Quote then can be signed and minimum payment supplied to begin work. This can be done in person, mailed or through our online paypal client invoice service.
3. If site redesign, then all photos, text must be supplied. We will also work with your current web host to prepare site. If this is a new site, photos/text must be supplied and if a web host is needed, we will set it up for you. You will need to give us your domain name desired.
4. Most general sites take between 4-6 weeks to complete. After a couple weeks we will issue you a login account, where you can view your project as it's being developed.
5. Client can make any corrections to site for any text or photo information. Upon approval by client and final payment, files will be uploaded "live" on the internet. Files also will be supplied to client on CD.
For Print work:
1. The same process as above for steps 1 & 2.

Most projects, after you select color and any info of style you'd like us to match; you'll get three different designs to choose from the ones we generate. From that, we take any corrections/changes to go ahead with final design.
4. Final design given to client upon final payment. Supplied to client on CD in format for prepress-ready printing workflow.
5. If client needs printer, we can facilitate a choice of printer at a competitive price.
